The third part of the journey through South Bohemia will take us to Jindřichův Hradec. In the romantic setting of the garden restaurant on the banks of the river Nežárka, tasty dishes from traditional ingredients will be created under the hands of Filip and Ondřej. However, processing and feeding go hand in hand with modern trends. Baked eggplant in tomato puree is a refreshing appetizer, complemented by a slightly digestible and nutritious cottage cheese. Followed by a creamy zucchini soup with cream cheese and fried pieces of trout. The yogurt-carrot cake with cranberries and lemon glaze is the inspiration for healthy snacking.
